Please note that exhibitor staff members generally do not need an invitation letter from SEMICON Europa. Instead, visa applications typically require:
- An exhibitor pass (available through the Exhibitor Shop)
- Confirmation that your booth has been confirmed and paid for
- An employment letter issued by your HR department confirming that the exhibitor staff member is employed by your company.
Your stand confirmation is represented by the confirmed placement proposal issued by Messe München together with your admission invoice.
