Terms & Conditions

1. Meeting Room Service Fee

1.1 The meeting room fee ("Room Fee") for booking a meeting room via the SEMICON® Europa 2026 MeetingRoom online booking tool is charged per hour of use as follows:

  • 6-person meeting room, Hall B0, SEMICON® Europa: EUR 185.00 per hour
  • 6-person meeting room, Hall C2, SEMICON® Europa: EUR 185.00 per hour
  • 8-person meeting room, Hall C1, SEMICON® Europa: EUR 198.00 per hour

The collecting entity is SEMI Europe GmbH.

1.2 The Room Fee is charged in EUR, plus German value added tax (VAT) at the statutory rate (currently 19%). The booked meeting rooms are located at the SEMICON® Europa fairground in Munich, Germany. The place of supply for the Room Fee is Germany for all customers, irrespective of their place of business or VAT status. Customers with a place of business outside Germany may be entitled to a refund of German VAT under the applicable VAT refund procedures.

1.3 The Room Fee is payable online only, by credit card via the payment gateway integrated in the Picktime booking platform, at the time of online booking. A booking becomes effective only upon successful payment and issuance of the booking confirmation. No other payment methods are accepted. Picktime and the integrated payment service provider act as technical service providers only and are not contracting parties.

1.4 The Room Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is earned in full upon successful payment and confirmation of the booking, irrespective of whether the customer uses the booked meeting room. Mandatory statutory rights, if any, remain unaffected.

1.5 The customer must be identifiable by entity ID or equivalent unique reference. SEMI Europe may reject or cancel bookings that cannot be clearly attributed to a legal entity; in such cases, payments already made will be refunded in full.

2. Location and Use of the Meeting Rooms

2.1 A total of six meeting rooms for 6–8 persons are available, located in Hall B0, Hall C1 and Hall C2 at the SEMICON® Europa fairground, Trade Fair Center Messe München, Munich, Germany. The specific room is selected at the time of booking, subject to availability.

2.2 The meeting rooms are enclosed rooms and provide a private meeting space during SEMICON® Europa 2026 (10–13 November 2026). They may be used for business meetings with customers and business partners.

2.3 The Room Fee covers the use of the meeting room only and does not include admission tickets, exhibitor badges, catering, or technical equipment unless expressly stated in the booking.
