Herbert Blaschitz
Executive VP, ATF, Exyte, Germany
Herbert Blaschitz was appointed Executive VP at Exyte for the Global Business Unit Advanced Technology Facilities (ATF) in January 2020.
He joined Exyte (formerly known as M+W) in 2001 and has over thirty years of experience in the microelectronic industries. Prior to his current assignment he was responsible for Exyte Technology (M+W Products), where he expanded the cleanroom business into critical subsystems for the semiconductor industry and the life sciences market. He also led the product development team that established the industry standards for 300 mm semiconductor manufacturing automation (FOUP-technology).
Herbert holds several patents for semiconductor EUV & automation technologies. He has also held various positions at Jenoptik/Infab, Asyst Technologies and Siemens.
Herbert received a degree in electrical engineering from the HTBL of Klagenfurt and a degree in business administration from GSBA in Zurich.
