Next year, SEMICON Europa will once again be co-located with electronica, creating Europe’s most powerful event for electronics manufacturing. This joint platform brings together exhibitors and attendees to drive innovation, spark collaboration, and address the trends shaping our industry.

International Conference Center (ICM) seamlessly connected to the SEMICON Europa exhibition halls and Entrance West — offering direct access and optimal convenience for attendees and exhibitors alike.

To participate in the Onsite Space Selection (OSS), exhibitors must complete and submit the Exhibitor Interest Registration Form, including booth preferences, no later than November 10, 2025.

After submission, SEMI will send an email invitation with your company’s OSS appointment details.
Appointments are scheduled in 5-minute intervals, so it’s important to:

• Arrive on time
• Be prepared with clear booth preferences
• Use the OSS Sales Office screens to view real-time booth availability in each hall
• Select from available booths during your appointment

This process ensures a smooth and fair booth allocation based on availability at the time of your appointment. Appointments are assigned based on SEMI member priority points.

Important: 

•    ⚠️ Complete your online Exhibitor Interest Registration before arrival. Exhibitors without a submitted application cannot select a booth.
•    If you are unable to attend your appointment, please indicate this in the proxy form section of the Exhibitor Interest Registration Form to authorize SEMI to select a booth on your behalf.

Booth reservations for SEMICON Europa 2026 will open from Tuesday to Thursday,  18 to 20 November, 2025 at the Onsite Space Selection (OSS) Office, located near the 50th Anniversary Area in Hall C2(corner of Passage to Hall C1 and Entrance Northwest). Please refer to the map below — the OSS office is highlighted in green.

Booth Selection

In 2026, the exhibition will be held in Halls B0, B1, C1 & C2. Explore our online floor plans for the following halls:

• Hall B0 (booking opens after OSS)
• Hall B1
• Hall C1
• Hall C2 

Use the floor plans to identify your preferred booth location and note the corresponding booth number.

Note: Exhibitors may rank their booth preferences, but final allocation depends on availability at the time of appointment. First choices are not guaranteed.

*This advance payment for services must be paid with the admission invoice and will be offset against the final invoice, including any additional orders

Booth packages include basic furnishings and services. All prices are net and subject to applicable VAT.

Cluster Rate Pricing

Organizers of group pavilions who meet the following three criteria qualify for the Cluster Rate of €305 per sqm:

1. The organizer’s SEMI membership must be active throughout the year.
2. A minimum of five co-exhibitors must be included.
3. The total booked space must be at least 80 sqm.

Each co-exhibitor under the cluster will be charged a flat rate of €1,150.

New: Turnkey Booth Package (9 sqm, one side open only)

SEMI now offers a convenient Turnkey Booth Package for companies that value an all-inclusive solution. This option is limited to 9 sqm booths and includes:

• Raw space rental
• Mandatory surcharges (e.g., communication fee, AUMA, waste disposal, advance payment for services)
• Predefined booth construction as illustrated in the official visuals
• Basic services (details to be outlined in the upcoming Terms & Conditions)

Two-Story Stand Construction
SEMI now offers a super-low rate for two-story stands. The upper floor space will be charged at 50% of the SEMI member raw rate, making it more affordable to maximize your presence.
