Technologies for People in the New Normal

11:00 am - 11:20 am

The COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed our entire world but has also demonstrated the importance of technology. Technology is playing a crucial role in keeping our society functional during a time of global lock-downs and quarantines. People are leveraging the power of technology in ways that allow us to continue providing critical services like healthcare and education, help the economy continue to function via remote working, and keep mental health intact through social connection.
But there is much more to come. Further advances in technologies and cross-collaboration between different ecosystems such as the semiconductor industry, the pharma sector, medical device companies, consumer electronics sector and others, are crucial to accelerating the development of systems and services to enhance our lives, health and wellness in the new normal.
