Program Description

SEMI member companies and industry partners are confronted with a wide array of European, extra-European, and international environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations that may affect their operations, or those of their supply chains. This meeting will summarize the main EHS regulations and steps for compliance / conformance. The meeting will include a discussion with audience participation focusing on how SEMI can assist members and others address these EHS regulations.

Agenda

• Summary of European Regulations (EU RoHS, EU WEEE, EU REACH, EU Batteries Directive, etc)
• Summary of Extra-European Regulations (China RoHS, Korea RoHS, etc)
• Summary of International Regulations (PFOS LRTAP, Kyoto, etc)
• Discussion of Other Regulatory and Compliance Topics (Determined by Members)
• Discussion of how SEMI can assist members in addressing these concerns
