Deadline for ordering technical services via the Exhibitor Shop is September 24, 2020.
Deadline for submitting stand-design plans to the Exhibitor Technical Services (TAS) is September 24, 2020.
A booth design needs to be approved by the TAS except all these points are fulfilled:
• height of stand and/or advertising structures no more than 3m
• size of stand less than 100m²
• no canopies or other stand coverings

1. Check on the available space (blue-colored) at SEMICON Europa Online Floor Plan. We are located in Hall C1 and part of Hall C2.
3. SEMI will send you a confirmation email to assign the booth number and will forward the application to Messe München.
4. Messe München will send you a booth placement request by email within two weeks. Please make sure to reconfirm by returning the e-signed confirmation to Messe München within two weeks. If you do not receive the email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
5. Upon confirmation, the booth is officially booked. Messe München will issue the invoice, send payment information and login to Exhibitor Shop.
Please make sure that you have confirmed the booth placement request sent by Messe München. Messe München will distribute the invoices via post, not email. You may request a digital invoice by contacting email@example.com.
Here you can edit booth profile, add co-exhibitors, manage products, and manage press releases.
You are encouraged to review and update your booth profile as soon as possible to begin leveraging your online listing. Our attendees are excited to learn about your new offerings this year and they are certain to be looking for you on our online floor plan and exhibitor list.
A direct link to your Exhibitor Account was sent to the Booth contact person in the booth confirmation email. If you have question on the access, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
1-2 weeks after returning your confirmation of booth placement proposal to Messe München, you should receive your personal login information to the Exhibitor Shop.
In the Exhibitor Shop, you can order any booth-related products and services online (e.g. electricity, suspensions, furniture and decoration, cleaning, hostesses).
If you did not receive your login data, please send a message to email@example.com.
Co-Exhibitors do not get individual Log-in information by Messe München. All main Exhibitors can create sub-accounts for their Co-Exhibitors.

Important - Health and Safety Concept
In the time of Covid-19, Messe München is cooperating with the Free State of Bavaria to develop bespoke health and safety concept to ensure that trade fairs can be held safely and successfully for everyone involved. Essentially, this involves three things:
• Maintaining distance
• Traceability of all participants
A number of concrete measures will be implemented. More detailed information is available here with recommendations for stand design and more.
You can order exhibitor passes in the Messe Munich Exhibitor Shop.
Each main exhibitor gets minimum of 2 passes, according to booth size:
• up to 16 m2 of stand size: 2 tickets
• for exhibitors up to 20 m² of stand size: 3 tickets
• for exhibitors from 21 m² for every further 20 m² or part thereof: 1 ticket (in addition)
The exhibitor passes are valid for 4 days and the entrance to the fairground is possible from 08:00 am, one hour before opening to public. Additional passes are EUR 34 online or EUR 40 onsite.
Each co-exhibitor gets 2 exhibitor passes free of charge.
As exhibitor, you can order unlimited number of visitor vouchers in the Exhibitor Shop which can be redeemed for one-day tickets. The tickets grant access to SEMICON Europa and electronica.

For residents of all countries where a visa is required to enter the Federal Republic of Germany, we are here to assist you with a visa invitation letter to support your application.
To ensure you obtain your visa before the trade fair starts, we recommend that you submit your visa application in due time. Applications can be made as early as three months before the time of entry.
