Technical Standards Meetings at SEMICON Europa 2010

SEMICON Europa is an important platform for the SEMI International Standards Program. The Europe Fall SEMI Standards meetings will take place October 18 - 21. The PV Committee, PV Automation Committee, Equipment Automation Committee and related task forces will meet at Solarwatt’s Dresden facility (Maria-Reiche-Str. 2a, Dresden, 2 km from the airport). All other committees and task forces will meet at Messe Dresden (detailed room layout).
