Technical Standards Meetings at SEMICON Europa 2011

SEMICON Europa is an important platform for the SEMI International Standards Program.

The SEMI Europe Standards Fall 2011 meetings will take place on October 10-13 at Messe Dresden in Germany in conjunction with SEMICON Europa. The PV Committee, PV Automation Committee, and related Task Forces will be held by DAS at their Dresden facility.
