SEMI Technology Symposium

SEMI invites professionals from the industry to submit abstracts for the Semi Technology Symposium 2008. This symposium will provide a range of technical sessions focused on topical areas of the Semiconductor, the Photovoltaic and related Technologies including SEMI Standards driven sessions.

2008 Call for Papers Open Now!

• Submission Deadline 30 May, 2008
• Successful candidates notified by 27 June, 2008

We encourage operational case studies and application related presentations, i.e. on joint projects (reference cases) between users and suppliers. Papers should be non-commercial and focus on the technical/economical merits of a process rather than on individual company’s products. Papers will be solicited for the following programs:
